Wings, Wheels, & Rotors
My old man, Paul Brown and I headed out the annual Wings, Wheels, & Rotors event at the Los Alamitos air base on sunday. I was full of stuff to look at, I attended the show a few years ago and it was maybe a quarter of the size. I think the highlight from the show were the military vehicles and the old timers that own them, and there were lots of pickups that I would love to own. Just to get the catologs I might become a member of theMVPA. Another thing I got a kick out of were these old dudes tinkering around with these old do nothing machinesWAPA. I had a pretty good time hanging out with my dad and Paul, Goodtimes!

Mayline drafting table
I went by Sterling Art the other day and came across this old Mayline drafting table. I have kind of been having an itch to build out the garage into a little home studio, and thought this would fit very nicely.
My wife needless to say was not to stoked on my latest acquisition, but you can't win them all. I love it!

Old school Absinthe bar
The Euro Cup 2008
This day started out great all the Germans were happy and getting drunk, the streets were littered with drunk kids. We headed to this bootleg beach party place to watch the game, everyone was extra stoked to be there and then the German team was beat by Spain 1-0. The Germans were not to stoked after that, needless to say it was a sad walk back to the hotel. Funny thing is after that we got on a plane the next day and went to Spain, People were very happy in Spain.
Welcome to Berlin!

tasty food spots in chicago (continued)
This Heavy Metal hamburger joint called Kuma's Corner was the best, www.kumas-corner.com really great hamburgers named after heavy metal bands. I dropped into a burger called "The Plague Bringer" it definetly lived up to its name. Cody had the "Metallica" and Rob had the "Iron Maiden" they both looked delicious. Not only do the burgers rock, but they have heavy metal blaring the entire night, i had to yell my order and to talk to Cody and Rob sitting next to me. I highly recomend this place if you are in Chicago. A special thank to Cody I gained 3 pound on this 2 day trip.

Getting back in the game!
Rescently I have been called out on my bloggin skills by my good old buddy Paul, its got me fired up to post some stuff. I was invited to be in an art show in long beach called "Visually Remasterd" I always agree to be in these shows and I always wait till the last minute. Anyways, these are a few pictures of the begining stages of the piece I am doing. We were supposed to find a thrift store piece and remix it, I picked this happy Disney photo from the 80's. this where I am so far, stay tuned for more and info about the show.
